Dan Miller founded RightNow in 1997 after a successful executive career with one of the largest title firms in the U.S. Recognizing a need within the industry for better ways to teach sales and management skills, he launched what has become the market leader in performance consulting for real estate-related organizations and professionals. Dan started his career at North American Title. His steady rise in the organization paralleled the firm's meteoric growth as it became the largest independently held title insurance agency in the nation, prior to its acquisition by Lennar Builder Services. A graduate of Sacramento State University, Dan is a published author and highly sought-after keynote speaker, having delivered speeches on the subjects of sales, sales management and leadership at more than 150 real estate industry events nationwide.

Chris has spent the last 15 years successfully guiding and growing small to mid-size organizations as a management consultant and business coach. In his role as Director of Client Partnerships, Chris manages the entire consulting team at RightNow and is responsible for building close partnerships with our client organizations.

Prior to joining RightNow, he held several corporate executive positions in sales, marketing and business development where he maintained top producer status in many of his sales roles. Chris was president of Ascendant Consulting, a management consulting firm focused on strategic development, organizational change and executive coaching. During a time of company restructuring, Chris also served as COO and vice president of affinity sales for Grand Expeditions, Inc. , where he built a cross-platform sales team serving four of the organization’s nine tour operator brands. And, as president and owner of Nature Expeditions International, Mr. Kyle grew revenue four-fold during his tenure.

Chris is a competitive runner, avid hiker, scuba diver, golfer and intrepid traveler with over 40 countries under his belt. He is also passionate about his volunteer work with teens through his involvement with Challenge Day and the Pacific Leadership Institute. Chris earned a bachelors degree in Political Science from Stanford University.

Chris has inspired growth and success among 100's of clients in the title industry.

Joe Curtis

Joe has spent his career training, teaching and inspiring both individuals and teams for success. Before joining RightNow, he helped build an online company for matching clients with attorneys, from startup to a successful national market leader with over 200 employees. Joe was the associate director of sales, building a sales team from scratch, to become the top revenue-performing team throughout the company.

Before launching into his sales and management career, Joe served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa teaching physics and chemistry in French at the high school level. Joe has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Biology from Western State College of Colorado. His vision is to teach and inspire others to create health and abundance by investing in themselves.

Dr. Cynthia McGovern has spent her career helping organizations achieve results in the areas of sales, marketing, communications and change management. Prior to joining RightNow, Cynthia was marketing director for a commercial real estate company and a college professor. Cynthia earned a bachelors degree in Communication, her masters degree in Marketing, and her doctorate degree in Organizational Communication. This vast scholastic achievement helped her truly understand how to affect behavioral change throughout all levels of an organization, and the impact it has on the overall results for any size company.

Since earning her Ph.D., Dr. McGovern, has built an impressive list of clientele with whom she helped achieve outstanding results in sales and sales management. She brings her RightNow clients a wealthy combination of knowledge, experience, education and professional acumen. As a professional coach to executives in the title industry, Cynthia is an integral part of driving success at all levels of an organization. Dr. McGovern has presented at LTA events nationwide, as well as both national and international conferences, on topics of Sales, Management, Communication, Organizational Change, Conflict Resolution, Ethical Decision Making, Anger Management, Motivation and Leadership.

Anthony George

Anthony brings over 15 years of professional sales, marketing and management experience to the RightNow team, with a diverse career in multiple industries ranging from interactive media to real estate services.

Prior to joining RightNow, Anthony led a variety of sales teams as a Vice President of Sales, a National Sales Manager and a Western Regional Sales Manager. He has developed and coached goal-exceeding sales teams for companies such as Ziff Davis, Alloy Media & Marketing, iWare Inc and a number of leading title organizations from around the country. His clients have ranged from Yahoo! to Coca-Cola to Microsoft to Nike to Electronic Arts and many other Fortune 500 companies.

Taking his enthusiasm for such high intensity sports as snowboarding, scuba diving and mountain biking, he followed his entrepreneurial spirit by beginning his own adventure fitness company in Mill Valley, California. The company combined physical fitness with action sports, encouraging his clientele to push themselves to achieve a physical and life balance outside the limits of a gym.

With this passion for helping individuals and teams achieve their goals, Anthony brings his RightNow clientele a motivation that all individuals can reach and achieve their true potential. He received his bachelors degree in advertising, marketing and telecommunications from Ohio University.
